Lost & Found
How often in a crowded world do you feel like you're in your own personal world? How many times do you feel lost, yearning to be found? The truth is, we've all been there. We've all experienced the overwhelming feeling that each day may be more than we can handle. But, here we are, another day, still standing. Do you know why that is? It's because we are all found by one who truly cares. We are all cared for by someone who will never stop caring.
Look up and realize that you will be found. Luke 19:10 "For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost." Not only will the Son of Man find you, but when He does, His next plan is to save you.
We are found in Jesus Christ. His love wraps around you. His compassion fills your heart. His joy builds you up. His mercy is new in your life every day.
No matter where you go and how lost you may feel, Jesus will find you, and He will bring you home—the spiritually lost, physically lost, emotionally lost, mentally lost, and any other lost. No lost is too lost for the great Shepherd.
The best hope for all who are lost is to find Jesus. And if you are struggling to find Him yourself, don't worry, because He will find you. Once He finds you hold fast to His love and promises, and He will never let go of you.
Luke 15:3-7 "3 So he told them this parable: 4 “What man of you, having a hundred sheep, if he has lost one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the open country, and go after the one that is lost, until he finds it? 5 And when he has found it, he lays it on his shoulders, rejoicing. 6 And when he comes home, he calls together his friends and his neighbors, saying to them, ‘Rejoice with me, for I have found my sheep that was lost.’ 7 Just so, I tell you, there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who need no repentance."
